HOW TO ENTER

1. Listeners must complete the "WZID 95.7 E-mail Club" form at www.wzid.com and press the submit button. A valid Internet e-mail address is required to receive a response from WZID 95.7. Any person not supplying a valid email address will not be entered into the WZID 95.7 E-mail Club. Please, only one subscription per person.

2. Entrants may also send their name, address, valid e-mail address and daytime phone number on a 3" x 5" card to:

3. Any person submitting an e-mail form or 3" x 5" card to WZID 95.7 for the purpose of this contesting gives their information by their own free will. WZID 95.7 reserves the right to contact club members at any time, which includes e-mail, phone or postal mail.

4. The WZID 95.7 E-mail Club is open to all persons who have Internet access or send in a 3" x 5" card to the above address and are residents of the United States or Canada.

5. At various times and at no particular scheduled times or intervals WZID 95.7 will hold on-air contesting open only to e-mail club members. Various prizes that will be given away will include but is not limited to concert tickets, CD's, movie passes, cash, etc.

6. WZID 95.7 will at various times and at no particular scheduled times, dates or intervals furnish e-mail club members with contest information, concert information, artist information, station information, and anything else we feel is appropriate and necessary.

7. Any email message that is mass-mailed to club members can be obtained free of charge by submitting a written request to:

   PRIZES

8. WZID 95.7 reserves the right to determine the rules and ways each on-air/e-mail contest will run. Prizes will be given away at the discretion of WZID 95.7. All decisions of WZID 95.7 judges in all contests are final.

9. At any time an email member may withdraw from the club by sending a filling out the Unsubscribe Form.

10. WZID 95.7 is not responsible for any email that is lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions or other failure including Internet traffic, which may prevent or restrict access to any web site.

11. WZID 95.7 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion or contest if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the promotion or contest, as determined by WZID 95.7 in its sole discretion and without notice.

12. Only one entry per person is allowed into the WZID 95.7 E-mail Club. Multiple entries will be deleted and do not increase the odds of winning any prize. Only one prize will be awarded per family and/or household. Contestants may not register with multiple e-mail addresses, nor may contestants use any other device or artifice to play or receive email multiple times or as multiple contestants. Any contestant who attempts to play with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or artifice to play multiple times will be disqualified. Winner will have 10 working days to fill out a required prize winner verification sheet. Any winner that does not fill out the required forms after 10 working days will forfeit the prize.

13. Full, part-time employees, or interns of WZID 95.7, its agents and assigns, affiliated companies, and families are not eligible to enter.

14. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash redemption value. No substitutions will be permitted.
