Police officers from around the country are expected to gather in Exeter today at the memorial service for a Brentwood officer who was shot to death. Officer Stephen Arkell was killed last week when he responded to a domestic disturbance call. The memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. this morning at Exeter High School.

Police officers gathered Tuesday evening for a private ceremony. There is also public visitation for Arkell scheduled for tomorrow  at the Stockbridge Funeral Home in Exeter.
