Voter registration law unconstitutional

A judge has struck down a 2012 law that blocked out-of-state students and others from voting in New Hampshire unless they establish legal residency in the state.  The New Hampshire Civil Liberties Union filed a petition on behalf of four out-of-state college students two years ago, arguing the law freezes out eligible voters from participating in the upcoming state and federal elections.
