Handheld Cellphones could be banned while driving

Hand-held use of cellphones while driving would be prohibited in New Hampshire under a bill being taken up next month by the House.  The House postponed yesterday’s vote on a bill that also would ban all cellphone use by minors behind the wheel. The bill doesn’t apply in an emergency.
