Ice, black ice hits NE

Ice is building up on tree limbs and bringing down power lines in Maine and Vermont, But NH seems to be in decent shape.  There are no outages reported.  In Vermont, about 16,000 customers lost power yesterday and about 19,000 outages were reported in Maine. Temperatures remained above freezing in most of New Hampshire, but the state Emergency Operations Center was open to monitor the situation.
