Another priest scandal? The Attorney General’s office is investigating wrongdoing by a priest and separately looking into a contract between Catholic Medical Center and Monsignor Edward Arsenault. The Monsignor has been accused of an indecent relationship with another adult and improper financial transactions between him and the Manchester diocese. He is currently living in Maryland. No details of the allegations were released. The diocese said it was concerned that illegal acts might have been committed, so it contacted the Attorney General’s Office.
