Arcade Fire selling converted church recording studio

Arcade Fire is selling the converted church recording studio where they recorded “Neon Bible” and “The Suburbs.”

The 15,751 square-foot Petite Église in Farnham, Quebec features three bedrooms, a large nave, a laundry room and a kitchen-dining room, Rolling Stone reports. The recording equipment has been removed, however.

The band told Rolling Stone in October 2012 that they had relocated to a new studio to work on their new album because of a problem with the old church’s roof.

The band purchased the building in 2005. It’s currently listed at $324,000.
