The arraignment for a former employee of the Portsmouth School District’s IT department has been rescheduled for March. 34 year old Kenneth Kimber has been accused of soliciting a girl younger than 16 for sex online. He faces charges including indecent exposure and prohibited use of a computer. Kimber has been fired from his position as well as from Noble High School in Berwick, Maine, where he served as the coach of the boys’ basketball team.
