Boston trying recover after bombings, 3 deaths

BPD are encouraging all folks not needing to go into the area to stay away for the time being. If you must go into the area please follow directions of officials at the scene. The FBI has assummed control of the investigation and NO suspect is in custody at this time. An apartment in Revere was searched in connection with the incident. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact them at 1-800-CALL-FBI. All Boston hospitals have added additional security enhancements.

As mentioned before, the area remains a crime scene. Road closures are still in effect.
Boylston St-closed from Berkley St-Mass Ave; Storrow Dr EB -No access to Copley Square and Back bay. I- 90 EB exit 22 reamains closed. Belvidere St is open to Mass Ave. Pru and Hynes can be accessed, but not from Boylston. ALL of Newbury reopened. The HOV lane on the Southeast expressway will NOT be in use this morning

MBTA updates-Copley Station is CLOSED till further notice. Green line trains still stopping at Hynes and Prudential stops and bypassing Copley Station. All other lines are running operational at this time.

As a result of yesterdays events the New England Aquarium is closed.

The Mass General Hospital will be accepting blood donations starting at 7 AM. The blood bank is located on floor 12 of the White building.

The Celtics game tonight has been cancelled. NBA officials have stated that it will NOT be rescheduled.
