County attorney says his suspension unconstitutional

Rockingham County Attorney Jim Reams may be suspended with pay, but that’s not stopping him from speaking out.  Reams, his top deputy and another staffer were put on suspension last week as part of an investigation by the F-B-I and state Attorney General’s Office, and he calls the whole thing unconstitutional.  Reams is expected to appear in court this afternoon as part of his fight to get his job back.
