Dad saves toddler

A toddler is alive thanks to the quick actions of his dad.  David Towse of East Kingston looked out the window and saw his one-and-a-half-year-old son was floating in a pond.  He raced out, pulled the child out and began performing C-P-R, calling 9-1-1 only when the boy regained consciousness.  The toddler was taken to Children’s Hospital in Boston.
