Driver charged in weekend accident

The driver in a deadly accident over the weekend was arraigned in his hospital bed yesterday.  Matthew Tsopas of Somersworth was charged with five felonies including negligent homicide and aggravated DWI.  His car slammed head-on into another carrying a couple from Minnesota on their honeymoon.  Leah Fonda Preiss  was killed.  Her husband of nine days, Brian Preiss is recovering in a Boston hospital.
