Explosives team called to Manchester

Some tense moments in a Manchester neighborhood today when a toy grenade triggered a response from a police explosives team.  Manchester police said workers digging at the foundation to a garage on Sagamore Street uncovered what appeared to be a hand grenade buried in dirt. As a precaution, nearby residents were evacuated, and the state police explosives team was called in. After an x-ray, they found it was just a toy.
