The Manchester police officer fired after being accused of involvement in a hit-and-run is now facing criminal charges. Former Detective Sergeant Stephen Coco is out on bail after his arraignment Tuesday on two felony counts of conduct after an accident. He’s accused of striking two teenagers with a department S-U-V Friday night in Bedford and driving off. Noah Hickman, who’s 17, has a broken elbow and 18-year-old Dean Drukker suffered bleeding on the brain. He’s now out of the hospital, recovering from his injuries.
