House and Senate agree on car seats

Your kids may need to stay in their car seats until they are 7 years old.  The Union Leader says House and Senate negotiators reached a final agreement yesterday that puts kids in car seats until they are 7 years old OR until they are at least 57 inches tall.  Just so you know, federal guidelines recommend kids be in car seats until the age of 8 or until the reach 57 inches tall.
