Investigation into elderly couple’s death inconclusive

Attorney General Joseph Foster says although the primary suspect in the murders of an elderly Nashua couple later committed suicide, and there are no other suspects, the investigation is not closed.  William and Eleanor Grant were found stabbed-to-death in their home in June.  Investigators say there was probable cause to believe the couple’s neighbor, Shawn Burne, killed the Grant’s during a robbery but, Foster says, it was not beyond a reasonable doubt.
