A judge has rejected a request from Jessica Linscott of Plaistow to have phone contact with her three-year-old son.  She is charged with child endangerment for not seeking medical care for her son’s injuries according to investigators, after he was allegedly abused by her boyfriend.  Linscott and Roland Dow were arrested in Florida in November after they left the boy at Exeter Hospital and fled the state.
