Manchester police say they arrested 52 year old Leland Eisenberg this morning in Manchester. Eisenberg was reported missing Sunday from a Manchester half-way house. He had been serving time for holding hostages at a Hillary Clinton campaign office in Rochester, NH in 2007. Eisenberg was eligible for parole in August. Police say they arrested him without incident at Lake and Hall Streets and charged him with escape.
