An Ohio DJ who claims Justin Bieber spat in his face and cursed his parents has hired a lawyer and filed a police report for assault.

Addison Ulhaq, 26, of Columbus, Ohio, a disc jockey at The Social Room in Columbus claims the incident occurred at around 2:30 a.m. on July 13, according to the police report.

According to Ulhaq’s attorney, Megan J. Frantz Oldham, the incident began when Bieber’s security team thought he had been taking photos of the singer inside the club’s VIP Room.

Two of Bieber’s bodyguards allegedly “shoved Addison into a side kitchen, grabbed his phone, and searched it for pictures of Justin, but found none.”

Ulhaq claims he had been simply looking at his phone.

According to Oldham, Bieber then approached her client brushing security aside “he would handle it.” With security by his side, Bieber allegedly told Ulhaq “Your mother’s a [expletive]; your father is a [expletive]; and you are a [expletive],” before spitting in his face “leaving saliva and mucus in Addison’s eyes, nose, and mouth.”

Bieber was then rushed out of the club by his security team.

According to the police report, “the Victim stated that he does not want anything does at this time and just wants to document the incident.”

No charges have been filed at this time.

“Based on this incident and others recently reported in the media, it is apparent that Mr. Bieber thinks that he is better than other people, and that he is above the law,” Oldman said. “Mr. Ulhaq has taken the responsible step of reporting Mr. Bieber’s assault to hopefully prevent Mr. Bieber from engaging in future demeaning and damaging conduct.”

Oldham describes Ulhaw as a junior at Ohio State, studying neuroscience in the hopes of a future career in medicine.

After the altercation, Ulhaq told TMZ he was tested for Hepatitis, which came back negative.
