Man hurt in tank explosion dies

Fire officials say one man has died a month after he was injured when a diesel tank exploded at a Mobil Station in Manchester.  Rick Clement of the Manchester Fire Department says Donald Scott died at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he had been treated for severe burns since the Sept. 9 blast.  Scott and another man were refurbishing the tank when a work light fell into the tank and shattered, igniting resin and fiberglass.
