Medical marijuana bill debated

The legal use of medical marijuana is once again being discussed in Concord.  Last year, legislation to allow terminally ill people and those with debilitating diseases to use medical marijuana was approved, but then Governor John Lynch vetoed it.  Governor Maggie Hassan has said she supports the bill as long as it is appropriately regulated.
