Journey rocker Neal Schon has filed a lawsuit against his former mother-in-law.

The guitarist, who divorced the mother of his two kids, Amber Schon, in 2007, has accused Judy Kozan of spreading false rumors about his treatment of her daughter, and now he is suing her for defamation for allegedly tarnishing his reputation.

The 59 year old is seeking a minimum of $75,000 in damages, according to TMZ.
