Commuters in Merrimack are halfway to one of three exit ramp tolls in town on the  Everett Turnpike being taken down.The Senate passed the measure closing the one ramp toll on Exit 12.  The Nashua Telegraph reporting the bill now heads to the House of Representatives that has a long history of opposing similar campaigns by House members from Merrimack over the past 20 years.
