No charges yet against driver

A driver who police say plowed into a group of bicyclists is so far not being charged.  The crash was Saturday morning, when a  vehicle struck four women, killing two, on Ocean Boulevard.  All four were from Massachusetts and were part of the 16-hundred bicyclists in the 40th annual Tri-State Seacoast Century ride.  Police confiscated the cell phone of the driver,  20-year-old Darriean Hess of Seabrook.
