Thousands of customers of a New Hampshire power supplier are trying to get their questions answered after the provider was suspended from the power grid a week ago. It should have been a seamless change for Power New England to FairPoint Energy at the same lower rates, but because of the suspension PSNH is filling the gap as a default provider with higher prices. The Public Utilities Commission has opened an investigation and has opened phone lines to help out the affected customers.
