Rolling Rally to celebrate Sox victory on Saturday

The city of Boston is ready to celebrate its latest World Series title with a parade. Mayor Thomas Menino’s office announced a rolling rally will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. to celebrate the Red Sox beating the Cardinals Wednesday night to clinch their third World Series title since 2004 and the eighth championship in franchise history.  The victory parade will begin at Fenway Park and head down Boylston Street to the Museum of Science, where the infamous duck boats will take a lap around the Charles River.
