Special ribbon cutting for new bridge

Former Portsmouth Mayor Eileen Foley will cut the ribbon for the new Memorial Bridge.  The new span that links New Hampshire and Maine will open this summer.  Foley was picked out of a crowd of thousands to cut the ribbon for the first bridge in August of 1923, when she was five-years-old.  Foley will celebrate her 95th birthday tomorrow.
