The Manchester Police Department is reminding car owners to lock their vehicles at all times. Residents on the south end and the west side have found items taken from cars which were parked at their homes, even in their own driveways. The thieves are said to be targeting unlocked cars and have taken GPS units, radar detectors, Ipods, brand name sunglasses and cash.
