Union Leader moves to new printing facility

The New Hampshire Union Leader announced Wednesday that it has entered into an agreement to have all its newspaper products printed by Seacoast Media Group at upgraded facilities being leased from Foster’s Daily Democrat in Dover. Thirty-four full-time personnel as well as some part-time mail room workers will be laid off. Newspaper officials say the costs to upgrade and commercialize their press were just out of reach.
