Woman dead after a high-speed chase thru Manchester

A high-speed chase which began in Bow ended in gunfire and a woman’s death in Manchester last night. The attorney general’s office is not yet releasing the woman’s name, but tells the Union Leader she was driving a car being chased by state police and died of gunshot wounds after being shot by a state trooper.  One witness says they were told by police the driver got off at Exit 9-S in Manchester, driving through residential neighborhoods and hitting a cruiser which tried to block her, only to have her back up and hit it again.  That was at the intersection of Dave Street and Kennard Road where the shooting then took place.
