We are excited that popular chef Michael Buckley will be representing the state of New Hampshire in New Orleans for the Great American Seafood Cook-Off. During the event Michael will be competing against 19 other states in the annual event. We caught up with Chef Buckley as he is getting ready to leave for the August 2nd competition. Chef told us that he has picked a couple of “local sustainable ingredients”, one of them is Oysters and the other Steel Head. Michael explains why in our interview.
