“She is truly a caring individual who never puts herself first.” That is how Linda describes Aleece Pappas, who is a Service Coordinator for Community Crossroads, which assists individuals who have a developmental disability or a brain disorder, but she goes above and beyond her job description. Aleece has a heavy caseload but still has time for clients other than her own and can always be found attending extra-curricular events and enjoys helping people. She is a longtime member of the Family Support Council and has been a board member of the Autism Society of New Hampshire. Aleece does all of this in addition to being a mother of an autistic son and caring for her elderly father. She is a natural caregiver.
