SELFLESS.  Stephanie Alicea describes her mother as someone who talks the talk because she has walked the walk.  Caroletta is the Owner/CEO of Granite Bay Connections, Inc. in Concord, an agency that embraces individuals who might otherwise be marginalized, displaced, or even ostracized by society.  Connections’ offers intense support and helps to integrate individuals with disabilities and high-risk behaviors in society.  Before starting her own company, Caroletta worked for some time at the State Hospital as a Mental Health Worker, was promoted to Recreational Therapists Assistant, and later was transferred to the Secure Psychiatric Unit at the State Prison in Concord.  Her professional life has been dedicated to challenged and developmentally disabled individuals.  She has also served as a member of the School Board in Boscawen for the past 13 years, is an elected State Representative, and is a new member of the Order of Women Legislators.  Caroletta is an example of strength and has the best demeanor and attitude of love towards all she encounters.
