In 2009, T-BONES and Cactus Jack's restaurants will celebrate their milestone of being in business for twenty five years. In 1984, the first T-BONES Great American Eatery opened in Salem, NH, with the Hudson location opening shortly after in 1986. The Bedford T-BONES opened in 1989. Owners, Tom Boucher and Mark Fenske collaborated to open the first Cactus Jack's in 1995 in Manchester. The Derry T-BONES opened in 2004, and their first 'dual' concept restaurant in New Hampshire, T-BONES and Cactus Jack's opened in 2007 on Lake Winnipesauke in Laconia.
Great NH Restaurants maintains a unique set of core values that include each location being locally owned and serving a menu of made-from-scratch selections that are served by a staff that truly feels like family.
