Hi, I’m Dave Ashton and I’m proud to be a part of the award-winning WZID crew!  I’ve been in radio all my life starting in Claremont, New Hampshire and taking a few detours to Cortland, New York, Norwalk, Connecticut and Westchester County, New York just outside of New York City before coming back to the GraniteState.

I grew up in Rhode Island and went to EmersonCollege in Boston where my love affair with radio (and the Red Sox) began.  I’m a sports-nut who lives for Patriots playoff football, lazy summer days at Fenway and the first Saturday in May, when the Run for The Roses takes place.  I play golf and tennis…just not very well…so if I see you on the course I’ll be sure to yell “FORE!”  I’ve also got an 8 (almost 9!) year old daughter Hannah who is the light in my life.
