These are all available at www.WZID.com and at the WZID studios during normal business hours, 500 N. Commercial Street, Manchester, NH 03101. These documents have important information about eligibility, the station’s responsibilities, the entrant’s responsibilities, the winner’s responsibilities, tax ramifications, and more. T-BONES, Cactus Jack’s and WZID will award the prizes to entrants who meet the eligibility requirements and follow all of the rules. T-BONES, Cactus Jack’s and WZID reserve the right to postpone or extend the contest dates. Rules are subject to change without notice, though revised rules must be posted as soon as possible. No purchase necessary to enter or to win.
CONTEST NAME, DURATION, and PRIZES
During the T-BONES, Cactus Jack’s and WZID Gridiron Getaway to Miami contest, T-BONES, Cactus Jack’s and WZID will award 6 grand prizes of a trip for two to the December 6, 2009 Patriots vs Miami game in Miami. WZID’s Mike Morin and a guest, and T-BONES/Cactus Jack’s owner Tom Boucher and a guest will accompany the winners. The prize will include (2) round-trip airfare from Manchester to Ft. Lauderdale (departing on Saturday, December 5 and returning Monday, December 7), two nights at Don Shula’s hotel www.donshulahotel.com, (2) tickets to the game, breakfast and lunch on Sunday, a V.I.P. tailgate dinner party on Sunday, breakfast and lunch on Monday, transportation to and from Ft. Lauderdale airport and the hotel, and to and from the hotel to Landshark Stadium. Winners will be responsible for their own dinners on Saturday night, as well as incidentals including but not limited to transportation/parking to and from Manchester airport and certain tips at the hotel. One of the Grand Prize winners will be selected on the day of the game to also receive a VIP sideline pass to use during the game on the Miami side. No Patriots clothing may be worn for side-line winners nor can they wear Patriots-colored clothing.
People may enter to win the contest at any T-BONES or Cactus Jack’s bars during the Patriots games on September 14, September 20, September 27, October 4, October 11, October 18, October 25 or November 8. People may also enter the contest between 5-7 pm on September 14, 2009 at the T-BONES in Derry during WZID’s appearance before the game begins.
T-BONES restaurants are located in Bedford, Derry, Hudson, Laconia and Salem. Find out more information at www.t-bones.com. Cactus Jack’s restaurants are located in Manchester and Laconia. Visit www.go2cjs.com . One grand prize winner will be chosen from each of the 6 locations after the November 8 game. There will be one winner chosen from the two Laconia restaurants as they occupy the same building.
T-BONES/Cactus Jack’s will also be giving away other promotional items during each of the games at each of the location’s bars. No entry necessary, but you must be present to win. People who win these promotional items are still eligible to win the grand prize.
T-BONES and Cactus Jack’s will choose the 6 grand prizes after the November 8, 2009 Patriots game and WZID will announce the winners’ names and towns on or before Thursday, November 12, 2009. WZID will also post the winners’ names and towns on www.wzid.com. The grand prize winner does not need to be present when the drawing is held to win.
People must enter the contest at any T-BONES or Cactus Jack’s during the Patriots’ games on dates specified above by completing and submitting an entry form that includes their name, address, phone, email, and birthday. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be valid. People may also enter the contest between 5-7 pm on September 14, 2009 at the T-BONES in Derry during WZID’s appearance before the game begins.
People may enter only one time during each of the first 8 regular season Patriots games. Attending multiple games and/or multiple locations increases the chances of winning smaller prizes at each game as well as the one grand prize per location at the end of the contest. One grand prize winner’s name will be chosen from all eligible entries received during all of the games at each of the 6 restaurant locations. The grand prize winner does not need to be present when the drawing is held to win.

ELIGIBILITY
·Contest is open to all eligible people within the station listening area or 75 miles of WZID’s Manchester office aged 21 or over as of September 14, 2009. Both the winner and the person who accompanies the winner to Miami must be 21 or older. Those ineligible to enter or win include employees, their immediate families, officers, directors and stockholders of Manchester Radio Group, Inc. and T-BONES/Cactus Jack’s, their parent companies, any other radio station listed in the Southern New Hampshire Market Definition or any of the affiliates, sponsors and agencies involved in the production or distribution of materials for this giveaway. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian and any other individuals living within the same household of an employee of Manchester Radio Group, Inc. and T-BONES, Cactus Jack's, Great NH Restaurants or their parent companies.
·An individual or household is permitted to win only one prize from WZID every 90 days. Household is defined as those living in the same house, even if not related by blood or marriage. For this contest, this rule only applies to grand prize winners. Winners of smaller promotional items given away during the games at T-BONES & Cactus Jack's bars may have won prizes before and may win additional prizes through this contest multiple times within the 90 days. Winners of smaller promotional items given away during the games at the bars are all eligible to win the grand prize.
·To claim the prize, the grand prize winners mustpresent identification and sign a release a) permitting reasonable use of name, voice, likeness, and biographical information and b) releasing Manchester Radio Group, Inc., T-BONES, Cactus Jack's, Great NH Restaurants, any of the participating sponsors, their officers, directors, stockholders, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities and damages arising directly or indirectly out of award or use of the prize. Grand Prize winners will be obligated to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and provide their social security/tax identification number before receiving the prizes.
·WZID reserves the right to disqualify any winner if the contest rules have been violated.
VALUE OF PRIZES
All winners assume financial obligations for local, state and federal taxes and all applicable fees based on the value of the prize. Winners also assume financial obligations associated with any amounts not specified as part of the prize.
In accordance with IRS regulations, WZID will provide any winner receiving a prize(s) valued at $600 or more in a given calendar year with a copy of IRS Form 1099 (miscellaneous income).
The value of each grand prize is $2,000 and the IRS Form 1099 will reflect this value. Six grand prizes will be awarded.
95.7 WZID reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or lesser value at any time. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
Odds of winning cannot be determined at this time.
DECISION OF THE JUDGES; ACCESS TO RULES
The decision of the judges is final and binding.
