Owl City Lights Up The Charts With Fireflies



Newcomer Adam Young, aka Owl City, has stunned U.S. chart watchers by toppling Jay Sean at the top of the pop charts.

The Minnesota-based star has scored his first number one on the Billboard Hot 100 with Fireflies.

Jason DeRulo's Whatcha Say stays put at two on the new countdown, while Jay Sean's Down drops to three and Miley Cyrus and Jay-Z round out the top five with Party In The U.S.A. and Run This Town, respectively.

The cast of TV hit Glee scores the week's highest debut at 34 with a cover of Neil Diamond's Sweet Caroline.
