Cyrus Plans Dolly Parton-Themed Birthday Party

Miley Cyrus will celebrate turning 17 next month with a Dolly Parton-themed birthday bash.

The singer hails from the same Nashville, Tennessee hometown as the buxom country queen - and admits Parton's one of her idols.

So she's preparing to boost her bust and slip on a big blonde wig for a party on November 23 - and she's insisting all her guests dress as Dolly too.

During an appearance on U.S. presenter Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Friday, Cyrus told the host, "I want to rent out a cool place and play all Dolly Parton music and have everyone dress up as their favorite Dolly moment.

"I am really excited about getting all my crew members to dress up as Dolly. That's probably going to be the funniest thing ever."
