Arrest made in CMC robbery


On January 6, 2020, Manchester Police arrested 43 year old Ron Goodwin of Woodsville, NH, charging him in connection with an armed robbery which took place on January 2, 2020 near Catholic Medical Center.

At approximately 6:05 pm that evening, Manchester Police responded to Catholic Medical Center for a report of an armed robbery. The victim told police she was leaving work at CMC, crossed the sky bridge and was in the employee lot when a vehicle pulled up behind her and a man jumped out. The suspect displayed a gun and grabbed her purse. He then got back into the vehicle and drove off.

Goodwin was located in Lebanon, NH and Manchester officers picked him up Monday evening. He was charged him with Robbery (felony), held on preventative detention and will be in Hillsborough Superior Court – North this afternoon (1/7).
