Manchester man drowns in the Piscataquog River

MANCHESTER N.H.- New Hampshire State Police say a Manchester man is dead after he was rescued from the Piscataquog River.

According to authorities an investigation is underway after Pacific Sibomana,23, was pulled from the Piscataquog river Friday evening.

State Police say Marine Patrol Officers responded to a call for help near the Piscataquog River Trail near Douglas Street around 7 p.m. after friends f Sibomana was seen struggling.

However, crews were able to locate Sibomana and pulled him from the water and began CPR. From there Sibomana was then taken to an area where he died early Saturday morning.
