Meet Cookie, a girl who hasn’t let her handicaps hold her back. Cookie is deaf and blind, but she’s overcome both with the help of some wonderful humans. She is currently in foster care as she waits for her special harness that’ll help her navigate even better. Let help this sweet girl find a home that’ll give her the attention she has worked so hard for.
