Day 5 – Saddie

Day 5 – Saddie

This 4-year-old German Shepherd/Lab mix (about 60 lbs of brains, beauty, and big feelings about food) is ready to find her active forever home!

Sadie is a smart, energetic lady who thrives on structure and engagement. She already knows sit, paw, and lie down, and she loves training sessions where she can show off just how clever she is. She’ll absolutely flourish in a home that enjoys keeping her mind and body busy — think walks, hikes, puzzles, and practicing her skills for snacks.

Speaking of snacks… Sadie firmly believes there’s no such thing as bad cooking. If it’s food, it’s amazing. (She does have some food sensitivities, though, so she sticks to her salmon-based diet — fancy and functional.)

Sadie is crate trained, house trained, and loves car rides — she’s always ready for the next adventure. She’s also lived happily with kids and loves to be part of the action. When playtime’s over, she’s all about affection and snuggles.

Sadie can be dog-selective and reactive, but she does great when her people work with her and keep up her training. She’s looking for a home that understands her need for guidance and is ready to help her keep shining.

If you’re looking for a loyal, goofy, and brilliant best friend to share your adventures (and your snacks) with, Sadie’s your girl.
