Hollis’ annual strawberry festival takes place Sunday, June 28, organized by the Hollis Town Band in partnership with the Hollis Congregational Church. The event combines a band concert with a traditional strawberry shortcake service and has been a fixture of the town’s calendar for decades.

The format is simple. The band performs a concert of marches, patriotic selections, and light concert music while attendees purchase and eat strawberry shortcake. In the event of rain, the event will take place at Hollis-Brookline Middle School.
