May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we want to inspire action.
“It’s time to talk about it”. That’s our motto at WZID.
We don’t believe that our mental health challenges should be ignored or not taken seriously. We need a “check up from the neck up” and take care of our mental health as much as we do our physical health. There are so many resources and professionals who are trained to help you cope whether it’s from stress and everyday anxiety to disorders and suicide prevention.
So in order to do more than just recognize the importance of mental health we’ve created this space for you to visit and reemerge a better human. Just a click or a phone call away.
And each week there’s a new Eye on NH segment to listen to Sunday mornings at 6am and Monday mornings at 9:30am on stigma, anxiety, adolescents and social media, healthy ways to deal with stress and elderly care issues.
Explore all of the resources for maintaining a sound state of mind!
Encourage yourself and others. And most important of all – prioritize your mental health!
