On February 1, 2021 at approximately 7:30 pm, Manchester Police responded to 122 Pheasant Lane for a report of a man threatening someone with a gun.

Police made contact with the victim who had already gotten out of the house. She said the man, identified as 55 y/o Kevin Woods called her names and told her to leave. She said when she did not immediately leave, Woods got a gun and threatened her.

Woods remained inside the home when police arrived. Given the uncertainty of the situation, and the fact that he was believed to be armed the Bearcat and SWAT team personnel were deployed. For more than an hour a loud speaker was used to call into the home, in an attempt to get Woods to surrender. He eventually came outside and was arrested without incident.

Woods was charged with felony Criminal Threatening and Resisting Arrest. He will be arraigned today (2/2/21) in Hillsborough Superior Court North.
