75 year old struck and killed by a drunk driver in her Deering driveway

HILLSBORO, NH

75-year-old Matilde Mejia was standing at the end of her driveway around 430 Friday afternoon when she was killed by a vehicle that left the road, rolling over and striking her.

According to the Hillsborough Police Department the driver, identified as 35 year old Henry Proctor of Francestown was transported to the hospital – he was arrested and is face multiple charges related to negligent homicide and driving under the influence.
