Belmont Fire Fighters responded to a fire at a home at 128 Sunset Drive around 5 Thursday afternoon.
Upon arrival crews found the home near Lake Winnisquam fully engulfed. A neighbor was able to pull the female homeowner from the burning home. That woman was transported to Concord Hospital, no word on her condition – her identity has not been released.
According to the State Fire Marshall, the home is a total loss. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
