Arrest in connection to a relationship with a juvenile

On April 20, 2021, a Manchester man was arrested and charged in connection with a relationship he was having with a juvenile.

A relative of the juvenile notified Manchester Police of the allegations in December of 2020. Police learned that 69 year old Dennis Carlsen of Manchester was supplying the juvenile with alcohol and drugs.

Carlsen has been charged with 3 counts of Intentional Contribution to the Delinquency of a Minor. Carlsen was released on 5000 PR bail and his court date is to be determined.
