Arrest made in animal cruelty/Criminal Threatening case

On February 17, 2021, 24 year old  Estevan Hincapie turned himself into Manchester Police. Hincapie was wanted in connection with an incident that occurred in December 2020.

On December 29, 2020 Manchester Police responded to a Hayward St address for a report of a domestic incident. The victim told officers that a man she knew had been threatening her via text messages and through those messages told her he had left her a surprise outside. When she went outside she found two severed rabbit heads on her car.

Hincapie was charged with 3 counts of Criminal Threatening and 2 counts of Cruelty to Animals.
