On November 20, 2020 at approximately 2:20 am Manchester Police responded to Whittington Rd for a domestic dispute that involved a firearm.

The victim told police she had gotten into an argument with a man she knew. She said he threatened her with a gun and then hit her with it.

Through their investigation police were able to locate the suspect, 19 y/o Scott Frost at a house on Merrimack St.

Frost was arrested and charged with felony First Degree Assault, Criminal Threatening and Criminal Mischief. Frost is scheduled for arraignment in Hillsborough Superior Court – North today (11/20).
