On September 5, 2020 at approximately 9:20 pm, Manchester Police responded to the area outside of 243 Union St for a report of Disorderly Conduct involving a woman with a baseball bat. When officers arrived, they located an 18 y/o male who had a head injury. The victim said he was at his neighbor’s apartment when a woman started yelling at them. A juvenile then got involved, and grabbed his neighbor. When the victim intervened, the woman reportedly hit him in the head with a bat multiple times.
The woman, identified as 41 y/o Kacy Gomez was arrested and charged with First Degree Assault, she was placed on a preventative detention. Gomez will be arraigned today in Hillsborough Superior Court North.
